Condition
Monitoring.

Continuous monitoring of condition data makes it possible to track the normal operational fingerprint of machines. This information is then utilized to automatically detect deviations during ongoing production, triggering automatic notifications to the relevant contact partners. Integrating advanced condition monitoring sensor technology enables the collection of additional data and the implementation of more intelligent algorithms, all without the need for modifications to the validated machine system.

Process Monitoring.

Process data is crucial for successful production and subsequent batch release, including key factors such as temperatures in the sterilization zone and weight values measured at the filling station. OEE Monitoring.

Being based on the standardized OMAC model, OMNIA enables overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to be monitored at any time. This not only facilitates the tracking of long-term OEE trends but also enables the comparison of individual batches. Analyzing alarms responsible for machine downtime further enables problem localization and enhances OEE.
